1. External maintenance

2. Electrical control
(1) Check whether the electrical box is intact and damaged.

3. Lubrication device
(1) Whether the lubrication of each lubrication part is good and sufficient, and whether the oil in the oil circuit and oil cup is sufficient.
(2) Whether the valve body is flexible and blocked.
(3) Whether the filter device is clean. If blocked, it should be cleaned in time.
4. Peripheral equipment
(1) Whether the blanks and various materials are placed reasonably and safely.
(2) Whether the foot switch protective cover is installed and used reasonably.
5. Tool
(1) Whether the movement of the upper and lower tools is normal, whether there is deviation, and whether the movement is flexible and reliable.
(2) Whether the parallelism between the upper slider and the workbench is good, and whether the position of the direct control balance valve is accurate.
